Do you cover both Clearwater Beach and the mainland?

Both, every week. Clearwater is really two towns sharing a name, and we run routes through both. Out on the barrier island we cover Clearwater Beach, Sand Key, and Island Estates; on the mainland we're through Countryside, Morningside, Del Oro, Skycrest, Harbor Oaks, Sunset Point, and Feather Sound out by the bay. Beach pool or mainland pool, you get the same fixed weekly day. And that's not an exhaustive list — our routes thread the whole city, so if your street isn't one we named, ask anyway.

My pool is a salt system right on the beach — is that a problem?

Not at all — it's a big part of what we do out on Sand Key and Clearwater Beach. Salt cells, full Gulf sun, and blowing sand are hard on water chemistry and on equipment, so beach pools need a steadier hand than an inland pool, not a lighter one. We check your salt cell every visit, keep your stabilizer and chlorine production dialed in for the sun load, and rinse the grit that turns a beach pool cloudy. It all rides on one flat rate.

I rent my Clearwater Beach place out — can you keep it guest-ready?

Yes, and a lot of our island clients are exactly that — owners with a vacation rental or a condo they're not on-site to watch. We service on a dependable weekly day so the pool is always clear for the next check-in, send a photo report after every visit so you can see it from anywhere, and flag anything that needs attention before a guest ever notices. You don't have to be in town for your pool to be turn-ready.

My mainland pool is screened in under big oaks — do you handle the debris?

Every week. The established Clearwater neighborhoods — Countryside, Del Oro, Morningside — are full of screened cages under mature oaks and live oaks, which means leaf litter, pollen in spring, and the fine debris that slips through a torn screen. We skim it, empty the baskets, brush, and keep your filter from clogging up — and if we spot a screen tear or a drainage issue letting extra debris in, we tell you. Screened, shaded backyard pools are our everyday.

Can you take over from the pool company I'm using now?

Yes — and you barely lift a finger. Say the word and we schedule your first visit, usually inside a week, picking up right where the old company left off. If the water's been allowed to slide, we'll tell you honestly what it needs to come back before we start, then fold it into the normal weekly rhythm. A surprising amount of our Clearwater business is exactly this: pools that were technically 'serviced' but never actually clear.

How does the flat monthly rate work?

Your price is set once, when we quote your specific pool — and then it holds. It doesn't climb in July when the sun is working hardest, and standard weekly chemicals never show up as separate line items. We do look before we quote, because an exposed beach pool and a screened mainland pool are genuinely different workloads and we'd rather give you a real number than a teaser. The only things billed separately are things outside weekly care — a repair, a part, a full green-pool recovery — and you approve each one before we start.

Who actually shows up each week — is it the same person?

Every tech is vetted and background-checked before they ever open a gate, and we keep routes consistent, so the person servicing your pool builds a mental file on your setup: how your salt cell trends, which corner collects debris, what your filter pressure reads when everything's healthy. That accumulated knowledge is half of what you're paying for — and because every visit is documented, even if someone covers your route, they're not starting from zero the way a rotating crew does.

The short version: on weekly service, clear balanced water isn't a goal, it's the deal — seven days a week, not just the afternoon we visit. This is the town that's literally named for clear water; we figure your pool should live up to that. So if the water drifts under our regular care, the return trip to fix it costs you nothing. Two honest conditions come with it. First, chemistry stays our job alone — adding your own chemicals between visits is the single fastest way to knock a balanced pool sideways, so the guarantee depends on us being the only ones dosing. Second, it covers normal weekly care, not plumbing failures or accidents — a leak draining the pool, a fill hose left running overnight. Inside normal weekly service, it's covered, full stop.

Bring it to us green — a decent share of the Clearwater pools we service today arrived exactly that way. One unattended Gulf-summer month is all it takes, especially for a rental sitting empty between guests. The recovery gets its own up-front quote before any work starts, so you know the full cost walking in; once the water's back, regular weekly service takes over and the flat rate keeps it there. No lectures, either.
